Use the guide’s time and attempt caps alongside team practice, games, recovery and family life.

HOW IT WORKS
Review the stage guidance, not just the athlete’s grade. Beginners within the middle- and high-school program start with Stage 1, including older beginners.
A normal week has one lesson of up to 45 minutes and two practice cards of up to 30 minutes each. Reduce or skip work when the guide calls for it.
Follow the directions, count honestly, note one cue and review readiness before progressing. Eight weeks is the plan, not a promise to advance.
FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
Seven progressive stages, purchased separately. Start with the work your athlete is ready to do and repeat a week when more time is needed.
The beginner starting point, including for older beginners. Build a repeatable foundation before progressing to more demanding work.
Preview onlyDevelop catch preparation and basic movement after Stage 1 or equivalent demonstrated readiness.
Preview onlyConnect game sequences and role-based shot choices after the earlier foundations are repeatable.
Preview onlyWork on role-appropriate range, catches, pull-ups and transition without moving beyond comfortable, controlled technique.
Preview onlyFor players ready for Stage 5 after Stage 4: role-relevant movement and off-dribble choices, with advanced tasks subject to the guide’s readiness and approval rules.
Preview onlyFor players ready after Stage 5: high-school expert role shots and controlled pressure. “College Prospect” is a pathway label, not a recruiting assessment or promise.
Preview onlyFor players ready after Stage 6: apply the previous foundations to advanced, role-relevant practice. Progression remains readiness-based, not age-based.
Preview onlyStage selection follows the guide’s readiness checks. Grades 5 and below do not have an automatic stage assignment. Advanced work requires the approval specified in the guide.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Middle- and high-school athletes with a parent or guardian supporting the routine. Stage choice depends on readiness, not age alone.
A suitable basketball, a safe basket and court space, and the setup listed in your stage guide. Limited grounded rehearsal is not a replacement for the full shooting program.
Support safety, counting and one clear cue. Basic household practice does not require a paid ShotScore assessment or hiring a coach.
Neither. Each $29 stage is a one-time curriculum purchase with two PDFs. Your household can keep using the purchased edition. Future stages and new editions are separate purchases.
Yes, within the same household. Make a separate working copy for each athlete. Household use does not include coaching clients, team distribution or resale.
A normal week includes one lesson capped at 45 minutes and two practice cards capped at 30 minutes each. These are maximums, not targets to exceed. Follow lighter-week and recovery guidance, and account for the athlete’s total workload.
Not for basic household practice. A parent’s solo check is not the formal coached assessment. Formal assessments are optional and require a competent coach; advanced tasks need the approvals specified in the guide.
The parent plans are being prepared for release. This preview does not accept plan purchases. The released product page and checkout will show availability and delivery details once verified.
No. The plans provide structure for practice, not a promised result or rate of improvement. Use the readiness, supervision, safety and workload guidance in the purchased stage.
